Administrative Assistant (Remote)
Minutes Solutions Inc. is looking for a part-time administrative assistant. This is for a remote position. The work can all be done from your home.
Minutes Solutions is a professional 3rd party minute taking company. We specialize in providing professionally trained minute takers to company meetings. The administrative assistant position we are hiring for requires candidates to help with scheduling our minute takers for meetings (via email, phone, text), communicating with our operations team, amending sets of minutes, distributing and filing meeting packages, and other general administrative tasks. Training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who can work roughly 25 hours per week and are available, at least, between the hours of 5 pm to 7:30 pm (EST), Mon – Thurs.
